“I think what we’re doing at CarOffer really represents the future of wholesale. What's unique at CarOffer is the programmatic BuyingMatrix™. It is the most efficient way to connect a seller of a car with a buyer of a car. This automated process brings together a lot of dealers and demand at different price levels.”
